We secure rates and complimentary upgrades + VIP perks that you (or your credit card) cannot get on your own.
HOW WE DO IT: We are registered with Fora, a globally networked Vurtuoso agency which negotiates exclusive benefits for our clients, placing you at the highest level of priority with our travel partners. WHY WE DO IT: Because travel feeds the soul, and you deserve the best.
WHAT IT COSTS: We are paid commission by many providers, so simple bookings (accommodations, cars, etc.) come at no cost to you. We charge planning fees for more complex research and built out itineraries.
Basic
You have dates and know where you want to go! We will send you 3-5 property options which suit your preferences and book for you free of charge, securing all possible VIP perks such as complimentary upgrades, extended check in/out, free breakfasts and/or resort credits.
Intermediate
Not sure where you want to go? We can start with 3-5 destination recommendations along with accommodations for each, all based on your travel goals and preferences.
Advanced
You need accommodations (and perhaps destination) recommendations along with booking flights, transportation, tours/activities, event tickets, dining, spa appointments and/or 24/7 support during your stay.
This service can range from us booking the framework of your travel and you fill in the gaps, all the way up to us taking care of every detail start to finish.

We get it! We love researching and booking travel too (obviously), but did you know that hotels have a reservations hierarchy? Hotel teams assign each traveler a room, and there is a method to this based on priority.
The lowest class of rooms (not renovated, located near the elevator or ice machine, etc.) are sold to third party sites such as Expedia, Orbitz, Booking.com; these rooms are not eligible for upgrade.
The best rooms in each category (recently updated, best location, great view, etc.) are awarded to our clients because of our partnership with the property - because of this we are also often able to secure perks such as complimentary room upgrades, a resort credit, free breakfast, early check in/late check out.
The hotel’s top loyalty customers receive the second highest level of priority; credit card booking platforms such as AmEx and Chase Sapphire are third in line.

As travel professionals, it is our job to pair you with the ideal hotel for your travel occasion, and by booking with us, you get access to VIP perks.
If you are planning more than just a hotel stay, we put all of our resources to work for you. We will talk about your wish list and answer any questions you have about when to travel, where to stay, what to do and what to expect when you get there. Creating custom itineraries is one of our specialties, and that includes everything from hotels to curated activities and experiences, flights, insurance, airport transfers and greeters, rental cars and more.

We work directly with the hotel’s management team to make sure that they are aligned with the needs and requests of your group.
